Bad Design
This picture shows a toilet bowl and the toilet paper so far away. What if a person is having his/her business and he/she needs the toilet paper, it would be difficult or weird for him/her to stand from the toilet bowl just to take the toilet paper.
It would be easier if the toilet bowl is nearer to the toilet paper or the toilet paper is nearer to the toilet bowl.
